Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Receptionist and Client Liaison to join our team at West Coast Personnel. This role requires exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal English, as well as the ability to provide excellent customer service to clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a friendly and approachable demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and be self-motivated and proactive. They will also have attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service via phone and email. You will address client inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently, while demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

You will prepare and edit written communications, ensuring clarity and professionalism, and assist in day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. You will maintain organized records and files for easy accessibility and display a keen interest in learning and understanding legal processes.

A Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred but not essential for candidates with significant relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English, preparing and editing written communications as needed.
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining organized records and files for easy accessibility.
  • Provide support in the preparation and submission of visa applications across various categories.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of prior experience in a client-facing or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Bachelors degree in a related field (preferred).
Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
