Telesure Investment Holdings is seeking an experienced Panel Beating Expert to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assessing and repairing damaged vehicles.

Job Description

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in the panel beating industry and a strong understanding of vehicle repair techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To assess and estimate damages on vehicles using a high level of technical knowledge and expertise.
  • To develop and implement effective repair strategies to ensure that vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.
  • To provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • To work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A VDQ (Vehicle Damage Quantifier) Qualification (Essential); Mechanical Engineering / Panel beating N2/ N3 level / (Advantageous).
  • At least 2 years of experience in the panel beating industry, preferably with a short-term insurer.
  • Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary Range:

R350,000 - R450,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
