Customer Service Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Isilumko Staffing (JHB).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a call centre environment. They will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and meeting or exceeding performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Meet or exceed performance targets, including first call resolution and customer satisfaction

Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience

Requirements:

1 year of experience in a call centre environment

Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Clear criminal record and clear ITC (No Debt)

Matric qualification

Reside in Cape Town

Will be based in Town
