Job Title: Cost and Financial Reporting Expert

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Cost and Financial Reporting Expert to join our team at Isilumko Staffing. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis and insights to support operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial analysis and reporting
  • Provide insights for decision-making purposes
  • Draft accurate financial and management accounting reports
  • Drive compliance and ensure SAP journals are correct
  • Cost center analysis and budgeting
  • Monitor cost-saving initiatives and analyze data for budgets and forecasts
  • Conduct variance analysis and prepare monthly forecasts
  • Ensure SAP structures align with value chain requirements
  • Calculation of product costs and creation of accruals and provisions
  • Prepare month recons for GL accounts

Requirements:

  • Matric completed
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills
  • Great communication skills in Afrikaans and English
  • Financial and business acumen
  • Computer literate and able to learn systems easily
  • Medically fit
