We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Temp Receptionist to join our team at O'Brien Recruitment. As a Temp Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, handling switchboard duties, and performing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide general administrative support
  • Manage the switchboard, handling multiple extensions and ensuring seamless communication
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of valid reception experience
  • Experience working on a large switchboard with multiple extensions
  • 1-2 years of administration experience
