As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that inspire loyalty and excitement among our customers.

About the Role:

We're looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for CRM tools and a deep understanding of data and personalization. Your mission will be to create unforgettable customer experiences by leveraging your expertise in customer segmentation, campaign management, and analytics. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, and data to align our CRM efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative CRM strategies to enhance customer retention, engagement, and reactivation across various channels.
  • Own the entire campaign lifecycle, from segmentation and messaging to performance tracking and optimization.
  • Craft personalized customer journeys using behavioral data and insights to create tailored experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives.
  • Monitor and optimize key metrics like customer lifetime value (CLV), churn, and reactivation rates.
  • Manage loyalty programs, VIP initiatives, and promotional campaigns to elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including responsible gaming protocols.
  • Utilize CRM platforms like Salesforce or similar tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, CRM technologies, and best practices in player engagement.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of CRM experience in sports betting or online gaming.
  • Expertise in CRM tools, customer segmentation, and multi-channel campaign management.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms and campaign automation tools.
  • Proven success in boosting customer engagement and retention metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Knowledge of responsible gaming practices and industry regulations.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
