Job Purpose
This position leads our quality assurance efforts, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The Quality Assurance Leader will develop and implement policies and procedures, conduct risk assessments, and work closely with various departments to ensure continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive quality assurance policies, procedures, and product specifications aligned to FSSC and customer requirements.
  • Conduct regular product, process, and system inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
  • Train and motivate staff on quality assurance practices, protocols, and product specifications.
  • Oversee quality monitoring programs and manage quality metrics/key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure implementation and identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
  • Address and resolve any quality-related issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Participate in product development and process improvement projects within the respective plant(s).

Qualification Details
  • Degree in Food Sciences or a related field.

Experience
  • Proven 2–3 years' experience in quality assurance supervision or a related field.

Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Resilience and agility.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications in quality assurance or related disciplines are a plus.
