Camping Grounds Host Job Summary



Newfort Specialised Unity is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Camping Grounds Host to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor recreation department, you will provide exceptional service to visitors and campers, ensuring a pleasant and safe experience at our camping grounds.



Responsibilities:





  • Greet and welcome campers, providing information on campground amenities and rules.

  • Collect fees from campers and maintain accurate records of campground guests.

  • Ensure the cleanliness and order of the campground, including organizing activities for campers.

  • Maintain safety regulations and provide assistance as needed.



Requirements:





  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with good physical condition for standing for long periods.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with flexibility in working hours.
