**Job Purpose:**

The primary responsibility of the Deal Facilitator will be to evaluate and present applications for funding, ensuring they align with unit objectives and industry development goals. This involves conducting financial, technical, and marketing due diligence, as well as identifying and mitigating potential risks.

**Key Requirements:

  • A relevant commercial or technical honors degree is required.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience, with at least 2-3 years dedicated to assessment and transaction closure.
  • Declared competence in one due diligence discipline: Marketing, Technical, or Financial.
  • Grounded knowledge in one of the above disciplines.
  • Experience in interpreting financial statements.
  • Excellent report writing skills.

**KPIs and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate finance applications through due diligence investigations.
  • Develop and structure deals that meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with due diligence teams to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Optimize deal outcomes to maximize value.
  • Manage client relationships and data effectively.
  • Maintain excellent customer focus and stakeholder relationships.
  • Communicate externally to promote the unit's interests.

**Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of R900,000 - R1,200,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
