We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Campaign Performance Leader to join our team at CallForce.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage an outbound sales team, driving performance to exceed targets for insurance campaigns.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with clients and drive results through consistent engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Manage and motivate the outbound sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Campaign Performance Monitoring: Closely monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to address challenges and concerns.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile and submit campaign reporting at desired intervals, working closely with Senior Management.
  • Employee Incentives: Design and implement employee incentives to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve internal systems, procedures, and processes to ensure resource and operational efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Oversee quality control and compliance, ensuring adherence to client and local legislation requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven Leadership Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in leading high-performing teams in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Campaign Performance Expertise: Proven track record of driving campaign performance and exceeding targets in a sales environment.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, including sales strategy, marketing, and finance.
  • Leadership Qualities: Excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve business objectives.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonuses based on individual and team performance. Our company provides opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
