About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tswana speaking customer service professional to join our team at Surgo (Pty) Ltd. As a Tswana speaking advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product and service information in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify and resolve customer issues using our in-house operating system
  • Maintain accurate call logs and reports
  • Assist with escalations and ensure that cases are reviewed and actioned
  • Maintain high productivity levels and quality standards

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 months unbroken inbound call centre experience
  • Customer service experience with a focus on Tswana speaking clients
  • Fluent in Tswana (read, write, speak) and English (read, write, speak)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite applications
  • Clear criminal record

Working Hours and Location

  • Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00
  • Every second Saturday 08:00 to 12:00
  • Century City office location

Compensation

  • R9500 salary
