Customer Service Professional

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Tswana speaking customer service professional to join our team at Surgo (Pty) Ltd. As a Tswana speaking advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product and service information in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and resolve customer issues using our in-house operating system
- Maintain accurate call logs and reports
- Assist with escalations and ensure that cases are reviewed and actioned
- Maintain high productivity levels and quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months unbroken inbound call centre experience
- Customer service experience with a focus on Tswana speaking clients
- Fluent in Tswana (read, write, speak) and English (read, write, speak)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite applications
- Clear criminal record
Working Hours and Location
- Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00
- Every second Saturday 08:00 to 12:00
- Century City office location
Compensation
- R9500 salary
