Sales Manager

Hire Resolve is seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales initiatives, and delivering tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve sales targets for the Northwest and Northern Limpopo regions.
- Conduct regular visits to the Northwest and Northern Limpopo regions to understand client needs and preferences.
- Meet profitability goals as agreed upon with the company.
- Proactively seek and create new opportunities within the market to drive business growth.
- Build, develop, and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales and revenue.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and regularly entertain customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline to ensure a steady flow of new business opportunities.
- Achieve targeted customer visit frequency to ensure regular communication and relationship-building.
- Perform market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of enquiries, quotes, and tenders to meet client expectations.
- Load rental orders into the ERP system to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist accounts personnel with the collection of outstanding and overdue payments to maintain a healthy cash flow.
- Complete weekly/monthly reports accurately and on time to provide insights into sales performance and business growth.
- Comply with all reasonable instructions and adhere to Occupational Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Control standards to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Sales.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales and account management.
- Demonstrated successful track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience in report writing and using an ERP system to manage sales and operations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings to understand client needs and preferences.
- Valid Drivers License to travel to client sites.
- Good understanding of sales and rentals to provide tailored solutions to clients.
- Knowledge of mobile units and construction products to provide expert advice to clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Proficient in market intelligence to stay ahead of the competition and identify new business opportunities.
- Experience with cost control to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages to manage sales and operations.
- Excellent sales and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients.
- Energetic, target-driven, and adaptable to meet the demands of the role.
- Competent in administrative tasks, including quotations, weekly sales reporting, and lease agreements.
- Strong planning and organizing skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
