About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our National Key Account Manager, ensuring seamless sales operations and data analysis. This role involves compiling and analyzing sales reports, collaborating with merchandising teams, managing promotions, and performing day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and analyze sales reports to track performance metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate data analysis.
  • Verify promotions are in place and live on agreed-upon dates.
  • Collate reports and presentations of sales performance for key accounts and categories.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, mail follow-ups, and trading term tracking.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables).
