We aim to build an inspiring organization with an engaged and high-performing culture. As a DevOps Engineer at Mondia Group, you will play a pivotal role in defining, testing, implementing, and monitoring DevOps processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with cloud engineering teams and development teams to create effective CI/CD implementations, helping to configure and maintain them.
  • Proactively monitor and fix issues in the development life cycle.
  • Support the Senior Software/System-Engineers to integrate, configure, deploy, and manage centrally provided common cloud services.
  • Ensure compliance with IT Security standards and industry best practices.
  • Help with the release management of new software into the production platform.
  • Troubleshoot security-related issues and assist Incident Management inside the organization.
  • Implement and support Continuous Integration and Deployment Pipelines.
  • Ensure continuous availability of various tools supporting SCM & Release Management.
  • Engage with cross-functional co-located teams in design, development, and implementation of enterprise scalable features.
  • Migrate existing Data Center infrastructure.
  • Work collaboratively across team boundaries to share common capabilities.
  • Ensure the availability and performance of the platforms for our customers 24x7x365 99.9% SLA.
  • Service support using DevOps, Continuous Delivery, and ITIL concepts for effective operations.
  • Participate in on-call rotation.
Requirements
  • Exceptionally high ownership and excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work with agility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent service delivery and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology related field.
  • 5+ years track record of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency with DevOps tools and automation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with at least two cloud environments, with AWS being mandatory.
  • Expertise in AWS networking, ElasticSearch, Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS IAM.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud security architecture.
  • Proficiency in programming and scripting languages, including TypeScript, Java, Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
  • Experience with Jenkins, Docker, Git, Maven, and configuration management tools.
  • Professional experience with micro-services, containers, and orchestration.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with Linux OS.
  • Proficiency with monitoring tools like New Relic and OpenSearch.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong automation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to follow through to completion.
  • AWS certifications are highly desired.
  • Security certifications (CISSP, CISA, OSCP) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
