Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Healthcare Unit in Pretoria.

Responsibilities
  • Stock Control: Maintain accurate stock levels, receive and issue stock as required.
  • Client Expectations: Ensure that client expectations are met and quality client service principles are maintained at all times.
  • Patient Care: Receive and orientate patients on admission, address their needs according to set guidelines, and arrange healthcare-related appointments and treatments.
  • Visitor Management: Control visitor access and ensure that patients are escorted on admission and discharge.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-3 years of secretarial or stock control experience would be advantageous.
  • Qualifications: An administration qualification would be beneficial.
  • Certificates: A Grade 12 certificate is mandatory.
  • Skills: Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, good communication and interpersonal relation skills, sound judgement, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Other: An assertive presence, willingness to work overtime from time to time.

Estimated Salary: R200,000 - R300,000 per annum, depending on experience.
