Tender Coordinator

The Tender Coordinator role at PMG Recruitment involves overseeing tender proposals and projects from conception to completion. This individual must be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle confidential matters with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review responses to RFPs, RFQs, and other tender documents
- Attend briefing sessions, coordinate tender content, and ensure consistency in style and language
- Compile tender documents, liaise with internal departments, and meet client bid requirements and deadlines
- Develop and maintain a library of written responses for bid production and proposal development
- Provide editorial review, proofread, and edit bid responses to ensure clarity, accuracy, and readability
Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business Administration
- Relevant experience in bid/tender environments is an added advantage
