Job Title: Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy operations in Upington.

Salary: R550,000 - R650,000 per annum

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispensing medications to patients
  • Pharmacy administration, including stock control and inventory management
  • Customer service and sales
  • Marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Budget management and financial planning
  • Leadership and development of staff members
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent qualification
  • Registered as a pharmacist with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC)

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Registered as a tutor

Experience:

You should have experience in managing staff and working in a retail pharmacy environment.
