Role Overview: As the Head of UK Healthcare Sales, you will be responsible for driving growth in the critical UK health market by developing and executing effective sales strategies. Your key responsibilities will include leading a high-performing sales team, managing and expanding the client base within the UK health market, and ensuring that your team achieves and exceeds their sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive growth in the UK health sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in a senior sales management role, preferably within the SaaS or healthcare sector in the UK market.
- Extensive experience in B2B sales, with a focus on selling solutions to healthcare organizations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
