IR Director
At Empire Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled IR Director to lead our industrial relations efforts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing labour relations and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective Labour Relations strategies that support organisational goals.
- Provide guidance and support to management and HR teams on IR issues, including disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and dispute resolution.
- Monitor and analyse labour trends and developments, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that support a positive work environment and foster employee engagement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in industrial relations management, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
