We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at Diverse Consulting Solutions. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement test plans, scenarios, and scripts to ensure the quality of our software products.
- Perform regression testing, automation testing, and manual testing to identify and report defects.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including software developers, business analysts, and IT testers, to ensure that software meets business and functional requirements.
- Document all test plans, scenarios, and scripts, as well as all bugs discovered during testing.
- Report bugs, track defects, and resolve issues with software developers.
- Implement and provide input for test plans, and design test scenarios for automation.
- Check and review test cases, produce test case evaluation reports, and keep track of new requirements.
- Matric certificate
- 3-8+ years' experience as an IT Quality Assurance Analyst Software Tester
- Experience in the Individual Life Insurance Industry is essential
- Quality Assurance Testing experience
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Back-end and front-end software testing experience
- Regression software testing, Automation software testing, and manual software testing experience
- Agile experience is an advantage
Salary for Senior Testers: Maximum CTC of R50 000 CTC per month
Salary for Intermediate Testers: R30 – R40 000 CTC per month
