Role Overview

The Flash Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Growth Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow the Flash footprint in the assigned area through all sales channels, increase device sales, and drive turnover growth.

Job Responsibilities

As an Area Growth Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Growing the Flash footprint in your designated area by leveraging various sales channels.
  • Increasing Flash device sales, thereby driving regional turnover growth and meeting departmental targets.
  • Maintaining a high adoption rate of Flash devices to expand the customer base and turnover.
  • Providing comprehensive training on Flash products to retailers during regular store visits.
  • Managing the sim card business within your area by merchandising Flash sim stock effectively.
  • Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders in your region and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Supporting Kiosk operations in line with established protocols, maintaining excellent relationships with kiosk stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate records of traders by mapping and geolocating their databases.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience or field operation experience.
  • A Grade 12 certificate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Excel.
  • A valid driver's license.

This role offers a competitive salary of R250,000 - R300,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer opportunities for professional development, career growth, and recognition within the company.
