We are seeking a dynamic and qualified educator to join our team as a Creative Arts and Design Specialist for the Senior Phase. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Ed or PGCE degree in Design/Art - Senior & FET Phase, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a high school context. SACE registration and a clear criminal record are also required.
This role offers a unique opportunity to drive student achievement by maintaining high expectations for classroom culture, behavior, and academic growth. You will collaborate with grade-level and content-area partners to develop rigorous, engaging learning experiences and create individualized behavior and learning plans for scholars.
Key responsibilities include planning and delivering face-to-face and distance lessons, developing and administering formative and termly assessments, and leading scholar social and emotional development through CQ sessions and reflections. You will also participate in career and tertiary pathways education, nurture a high-achieving work environment, and promote the vision and mission of SPARK Schools.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be R250,500 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
