Job Title: Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader to join our team at Hollywoodbets.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Mobile Clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of sales targets and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Area Managers to meet sales targets and improve operational efficiency;
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales;
  • Facilitate promotional activities and ensure effective communication with the team;
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock shortages;
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement;
  • Recruit, train, and develop mobile clerks to achieve their full potential;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and progress;
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months in a leadership role with experience in field operations;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to make informed decisions;
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently;
  • Post-matric qualification and strong knowledge of business principles and practices;
