Pezula Nature Retreat, located in the picturesque town of Knysna, is nestled in a breathtaking setting surrounded by lush forests, golden beaches, and the dramatic Knysna Heads, two towering sea cliffs that guard the entrance to the lagoon.

**Job Overview:**

We are currently seeking a skilled Marketing Strategist to become part of our vibrant team at Pezula Nature Retreat. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and wellness, with a proven track record in managing successful digital marketing campaigns and social media strategies.

The successful Marketing Strategist will drive our online presence, enhance brand visibility, and engage with a global audience, all while working in a beautiful environment with great career development and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage paid search and social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other PPC tools.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Create compelling content aligned with Pezula Nature Retreat's brand using content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut.
  • Utilize social media management platforms like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and Buffer to schedule and publish content.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a CRM Campaign Manager or similar role, ideally within the property or hospitality sectors.
  • Relevant certifications from Google and Meta (Facebook) are required.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and social media strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Genuine passion for wellness and hospitality.

**Salary:** R550,000 - R650,000 per annum
