ROLE PURPOSE

• To carry out general maintenance work within the complex.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks including carrying out maintenance repairs, such as:
•o Painting and filling minor cracks,
•o Basic carpentry work (repairs to doors and windows),
•o Basic plumbing, electrical and safety work,
•o Plastering and brick work (minor works)

• Repair company machinery, equipment or appliances.

• Maintain and improve green spaces.

• Identify and report the need for minor to major maintenance repairs.

• Regularly inspect communal spaces to identify issues with litter, maintenance or breakdowns.

• Ensure the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots and sidewalks.

• Oversee the maintenance of the refuse cages on company premises.

• Provide management with support and guidance on maintaining site operations.
