Job Purpose:

Hollard Recruitment seeks a skilled Insurance Policy Administrator to provide efficient administrative support for the servicing and operations of accident and health insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Work within delegated underwriting authority limits, maintain underwriting best practices, and adhere to service level agreements.

Policy Servicing:

  • Responsible for full policy servicing, including issuance of adjustments, declarations, and endorsements.
  • Verify client information and validate policy details.
  • Ensure timely issuance of policy documents in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
  • Record keeping of all policy contracts and correspondence.

Operations Support:

  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Perform data capturing and data validation tasks.
  • Assist with reporting and statistical analysis.
  • Participate in internal audits and compliance checks.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Resolve client complaints and manage escalation matters.
  • Build strong relationships with partners.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
  • Identify and report potential risks or compliance issues.

Team Participation:

  • Contribute to the betterment of the team, products, services, and efficiencies.
