Job Summary

The Legends Agency is seeking a skilled Marketing and Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing email correspondence, and performing various marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our marketing team, including responding to emails, making phone calls, and maintaining accurate records
  • Manage and track email correspondence to opportunities, ensuring timely communication and follow-up
  • Assist in the preparation of basic proposals, job emails, and other marketing materials
  • Help maintain our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing goals and objectives
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing/administrative role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
