Job Description:Company Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Specialist to join our team at Exxaro Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing primary healthcare services to our employees and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular health checks and provide advice on general health matters.
  • Implement effective primary healthcare programs for the management of health risks.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure safekeeping in accordance with legislation and company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with occupational health nurses to implement medical surveillance programs and occupational health initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Nursing (Essential/Minimum)
  • 2-3 years' experience in primary healthcare and TB/HIV training and counseling (Essential/Minimum)
  • Possession of a Certificate of Fitness and registration with the South African Nursing Council (Recommended/Desirable)
Working Conditions:
