About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to manage inbound sales inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and close sales. The ideal candidate will have strong phone and email communication skills and a proven ability to move leads through the sales funnel. This role also includes handling customer service issues requiring a higher level of finesse and professionalism.

The majority of sales will involve inbound inquiries, with potential for expansion into enterprise account development. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Qualifying and prioritizing leads through phone, email, and RFQs
  • Assisting customers in selecting the right products, creating delivery plans, and closing sales
  • Handling customer service issues requiring high-level communication skills
  • Developing new enterprise customer relationships and expanding sales channels
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in over-the-phone and email sales
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of responsiveness
  • Self-motivated and able to learn quickly
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Experience with Gsuite, Hiver, and storefront

Compensation and Benefits

This remote position offers a competitive salary of up to $2000 USD + commission, as well as:
