Our client in Port Elizabeth is seeking a skilled Debtors Clerk/Internal Sales professional to support their team.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate effectively with customers regarding account-related matters.
- Manage cash deposits and cheque accounts.
- Investigate and report on outstanding payments.
- Provide weekly reports and information to head office.
- Perform allocations and reconciliations on customer accounts.
- Ensure accurate filing and other office administrative duties.
- Follow up on payments and schedules.
- Assist with sales quotes and customer orders.
- Issue invoices as required.
- Provide switchboard and receptionist services.
- Engage in walk-in client sales.
- Prepare quotations.
- Generate daily reports.
- Support the Branch Manager, Internal Sales, and Accountant.
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Office administration qualification is an advantage.
- Must have sales and debtors knowledge.
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar or related industry.
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills.
- JDE experience is an advantage.
