Our client in Port Elizabeth is seeking a skilled Debtors Clerk/Internal Sales professional to support their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding account-related matters.
  • Manage cash deposits and cheque accounts.
  • Investigate and report on outstanding payments.
  • Provide weekly reports and information to head office.
  • Perform allocations and reconciliations on customer accounts.
  • Ensure accurate filing and other office administrative duties.
  • Follow up on payments and schedules.
  • Assist with sales quotes and customer orders.
  • Issue invoices as required.
  • Provide switchboard and receptionist services.
  • Engage in walk-in client sales.
  • Prepare quotations.
  • Generate daily reports.
  • Support the Branch Manager, Internal Sales, and Accountant.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • Office administration qualification is an advantage.
  • Must have sales and debtors knowledge.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar or related industry.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills.
  • JDE experience is an advantage.
