Financial Manager Role

At Exceed Human Resource Consultants Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing financial data, preparing monthly financial reports and management accounts, and managing cash flow on a weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capturing of financial data in preparation of monthly financial reports and management accounts
  • Cash flow management on a weekly basis
  • Accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Management and control of systems, procedures, and controls as well as maintaining accounting systems
  • Revenue forecasting and budgets, updating cost chain, and managing deviations
  • Financial statements and audit preparation
  • Management of working capital requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance
  • At least 5 years post-article experience (agri-finance experience beneficial)
  • Management experience 2-3 years
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Ability to work proactively and autonomously
  • Fully bilingual
  • Well-organized and excellent administrative skills
  • A relevant tertiary qualification
