**Wie ben jij?**:
Als **Supervisor Audit & Assurance** ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de operationele aansturing, planning, coördinatie en review van controles. Je weet onder druk het hoofd koel te houden en stimuleert je team met jouw coachingvaardigheden. Tot slot heb je natuurlijk een goede dosis humor. Je maakt deel uit van een team van professionals met veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid in je rol.

Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, hebt cijfermatig inzicht, een scherp analytisch vermogen en bent goed in plannen en organiseren. Als expert in je vakgebied kun je jouw kennis goed overdragen aan teamleden en cliënten. Samen met het auditteam zorg je ervoor dat de dossiers van hoge kwaliteit zijn en dat onze cliënten de beste adviezen krijgen, wat bijdraagt aan het versterken van vertrouwen en samenwerking.

**Wat verwachten wij van jou?**:

- **Opleiding**: Afgeronde bachelor en in een vergevorderd stadium van je (post)master RA.
- **Ervaring**: Minimaal 4 jaar relevante werkervaring in de controlepraktijk.
- **Taalvaardigheden**: Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal vloeiend en hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk (yes yes, you speak more than a nice word across the border).
- **Vaardigheden**: Betrokken, teamgericht, planmatig, proactief, oplossingsgericht, met sterke coaching
- en analytische vaardigheden.
- **Persoonlijkheid**: Positief, nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en bovenal met gevoel voor humor.
