You’ll play a crucial role in managing technical tasks, providing 1st line support to end users, and ensuring smooth technical operations.

**Requirements**:

- Strong personality, well-organized, and polite.
- Excellent verbal, written, and reporting communication skills.
- Proficient telephonic skills with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- **Education**: High school certification.
- **Certification**: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Net+ (or similar IT certifications like MCSE).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a diverse and fast-paced environment.

**Advantageous Experience**:

- Experience with online helpdesk systems or CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (certifications are a plus).
- Cloud experience (e.g., Office 365, Azure, Amazon).
- Office or project management skills.
