**Minimum Requirements**
- MSc in Hydrogeology with 12 years of experience, particularly in business development.
- Extensive project and management experience.
- Professional Registration: Pr Sci Nat.
- A reputation as a world-class expert in hydrogeology.
- A well-established network within the industry.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and Grow: Drive the division’s growth, sustainability and profitability through strategic business development and marketing initiatives.
- Client Relations: Expand and retain our client base, ensuring all projects meet our high-quality standards, and are completed on time, and within budget.
- Financial Leadership: Manage work in progress (WIP) and debtors to contribute to the company’s profitability.
- Team Development: Attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering a culture of performance and engagement.
- Maintain Excellence: Uphold ISO standards and ensure the highest technical quality in all deliverables.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage staff training, performance reviews, and financial reporting.
