Job Vacancy Description:
Are you passionate about providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced and exciting environment? If so, ManageAir is looking for you We are seeking a dedicated Communications and Guest Experience Assistant who thrives under pressure, drives customer satisfaction, and can work independently during the night shift. In addition to the duties listed below, you will collaborate closely with all other departments to ensure the delivery of the ultimate guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must be available to work 6PM to 2AM or 6PM to 6AM
- Responding to guest messages on Inbox
- Managing booking alterations through the Airbnb App
- Providing guests with check-in information (where applicable)
- Contacting guests to coordinate their ETA for manual check-ins
- Handling guest calls regarding upcoming booking queries and arrivals
- Addressing guest messages on WhatsApp
- Updating property listings on various booking platforms from start to finish
- Listing properties to maximize their visibility and appeal
- Following up with guests for key return after check-out
- Creating targeted listings for Property Managers based on assigned tasks and fully integrating them into our software
- Must have valid drivers license

- Have call center experience (a bonus, but not required)
- In this role, there may be a mix of night shifts as part of the work schedule
- Must have a valid drivers license
