**Job description**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Meet and greet all customers and ascertain customer’s needs.
Ensure that the store environment is aligned with Brands guidelines.
Ensure timeous launch of promotions and reporting on promotions.
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
Deliver, maintain and report on daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain a firm control over security risks to prevent potential incidences of theft or loss and reporting to management of any further risks.
Stock rotation, stock management and replenishment.
Effectively implement the relevant store operation procedures.
Recommend & implement process enhancements to improve service delivery.
Ensure that shelves are adequately and properly stocked with merchandise.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
Grade 12 Certificate
**COMPETENCIES**:
Effective communication skills Must be detail oriented.
Must be passionate about consumers (i.e. exemplify exceptional customer skills).
Must be energetic and self-motivated.
Leadership Capabilities - coach and develop others (e.g. Flexi Store Staff)
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Able to work as part of a dynamic team.
Must have good problem-solving skills
