**Requirements**: Matric, qualified SDF, experience with various SETA systems, certified in Employment Equity full compliance, HR degree (advantageous), certified facilitator (advantageous), Microsoft Office intermediate skills, attention to detail, sense of urgency and sales experience.
- Analysing and ensuring all Employment Equity compliance requirements for our clients are met as required by law.
- Solution orientated in all aspects of Employment Equity and HR compliance.
- Provide necessary training on the Employment Equity Acts to EE Committee’s.
- Attending and Facilitating Employment Equity and Skills Development committee meetings to ensure compliance and to provide guidance.
- Electronically schedule EE & SD meetings accordingly.
- Scribe minutes, agendas and attendance registers for EE Committees timeously.
- Draft EEA12 & EEA13.
- Submission of EEA2 & EEA4.
- EEA14 - Deregistering of client if required
- Comply to requests of audits from Department of Labour on behalf of the clients.
- Internal administration in regards to invoicing proof of payments, filing etc.
- Capturing WSP/ATR and Pivotal submissions on all 21 Seta portals.
- Consulting service to clients on WSP and the monitoring thereof.
- Securing new clients and meeting monthly sales targets.
- Assist with all HR requirements and queries coming in from our clients.
- Assisting with all HR matters of Learning Academy.
- Implementing and monitoring all processes to ensure that the Basic Conditions of Employment Act is adhered to at the Learning Academy and also if required by client.
- Drafting of Policies & Procedures as and when required.
- Assisting with the recruitment process of staff for Learning Academy and for clients if required.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties in regards to the business as and when required.
