**Duties**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Receipting stock orders
- Receipting direct orders
- Managing certificates
- Logging incidents and non-conformances on Isometrix
- Managing all Sharepoint documents
- Receiving quotations
- Creating purchase requisitions
- Taking weekly consumable stock orders
- Managing training
- Updating the training matrix
- Peform Stock taking duties
- Auditing stock
- Peform supplier evaluations
- Creating stores requisitions
- Arranging functions
- Recording and send out meeting minutes
- Finance queries
