IT Technician

Luxury Hotel Group based in Franschhoek and surrounds is looking for a IT Technician.
- Provide IT Services offered by the company to its guests
- Install new machines, install new software and update existing software
- Workstation support
- Physical implementation of hardware and software
- On site and remote fault resolution
- Dealing with staff and guests directly

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- NQF Level 5 IT Certificate
- N&A+ is advantageous
- MCSA/MCSE is advantageous
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT environment
- Preferably Hospitality experience
- Good communication skills with colleagues and guests
- ITIL V3 Experience
- Time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R12 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
