Actuarial Specialist:incentive Structure

**Who are we?**
- Minimum Qualification Required- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematical Statistics, or related field
- Minimum Experience- At least 5 years’ experience with incentive structures in call centre environments
- Competencies Required- Excited by new challenges - Can envision and engineer solutions from scratch.
- Keen to explore Big Data and extract value from it.
- Confidence and good communication with non-actuarial audience.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Competency in the Python / R programming languages will be advantageous.
- Agile and willing to change priorities as business requirements change.
- Able to work alone and manage own time as well as working in a team.
- Deliverables include, but will not be limited to- Use data analysis techniques to investigate, design and develop appropriate incentive structures that incentivise MiWay’s staff to add optimal business value.
- Assist in the design and implementation of processes and systems supporting all MiWay’s staff incentive structures.
- Create and maintain reports that track the effectiveness of the incentive structures over time.
- Create and maintain relationships with relevant internal stakeholders where incentive structures are implemented.
