**Primary Responsibilities**
- Task 1: Provide routine support to monitor the Provincial HRH support in Limpopo, Gauteng, Free State, and Mpumalanga Province.

This project seeks to maintain critical service delivery and data support in highly targeted key areas, both geographically and within the care and treatment cascade to yield the most impact within the context of reduced partner funding in collaboration with the National, Provincial, and District Teams at the Department of Health (DoH). The mechanism of support is targeted at the National Department of Health and four provinces which include Limpopo (Capricorn and Mopani districts), Mpumalanga (Ehlanzeni, Gert Sibande, and Nkangala), Gauteng (the City of Johannesburg and Sedibeng) and Free State (Lejweleputswa and Thabo Mofutsanyane) where USAID has District Support Partners (DSPs) who have an added role as Provincial Support Partners (PSP).
