**RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
- Post job openings on the company website and various job boards
- Source and screen resumes using applicant tracking systems
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with relevant managers
- Manage new hire paperwork and on boarding processes
- Keep abreast of current recruiting trends and technologies
- Prepare regular reports on recruiting activities and metrics
- Assist with special projects as needed
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- A qualification in business, human resources, or related field
- 1-3 years’ experience in recruitment or human resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Phoenix, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
