**Hair Specialist/Consultant - Description of Essential Role & Responsibilities**:

- Achieve and maintain monthly sales targets.
- Consult with patients to determine the best treatment solutions. (Analysing and diagnosing.)
- Patient quotations and follow ups to ensure sales conversion.
- General administration and office duties.
- Financial client account management - Ensure client payments are followed up on and received as per contractual agreements.
- Customer care - Assisting with the process flow of complaints and resolve client complaints.
- Regular client progress assessments.
- Ensure seamless operation of all departments within the branch.
- Daily reporting to management on branch activity.
- Maintain and update CRM.

**Minimum requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years sales experience.
- Exceptional sales and closing skills.
- Own reliable transport.
- Extremely strong administrative skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Above average computer literacy.
- Medical background will be beneficial.
- Must be confident when interacting with people.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Sell, sell, sell products and professional services by developing relationships with clients.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
- Target driven.

**Work hours**:
Monday - Friday: 08:30 to 17:30

Saturday: 09:00 to 15:00

Basic + Commission. Salary: R20,000.00 per month

Pay: R20 000,00 per month
