Our deli is the prime lunch time spot, meals are prepared timeously and sold for on-the-go consumption. We are looking for a deli production hand to prepare meals efficiently and service our customers. As a production hand, you will be responsible for food preparation that will include preparing meals, cooking, frying, grilling and baking.

**Duties**

Prepares ingredients for the production of meals.

Processes ingredients for production for the same day or in advance for meals

Follows recipes for meals; cooked meals, baked meals, grilled and fried meals.

Prepares meals such as sandwiches, burgers, rolls, and shawarmas.

Prepares hot meals for breakfast and on the go counters.

Ensures the quality and freshness of items that are required to be produced as well and produced meals.

Ensure that counters are full and replenished timeously.

Checks for expired products daily and remove for wastage.

Follows a production planner.

Keep wastage of a mínimal.

Adheres to food safety standards.

Maintain clean as you go practices.
