Our service is trusted by industry experts - airlines, banking, booking engines, travel-tech, MICE, travel management, loyalty programmes, supers apps, e.t.c.

Still we keep developing the platform and improving our services, and now we are seeking for proactive and ambitious **User Acquisition Manager** to generate leads, launch various marketing campaigns and aсquire new users and partnerships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take charge of planning, purchasing, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across various paid social, paid search, and programmatic channels such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.
- Manage classifieds and banners for digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide creative materials for digital marketing campaigns.
- Handle the marketing budget by overseeing sales plans and evaluating ROI.
- Collaborate with CPA networks.
- Develop and guide the country brand strategy to align with international brand positioning and drive brand growth and consumer relationships.
- Determine and prioritize product launches within the portfolio.
- Create engaging consumer brand experiences at the local level.
- Manage the budget, including sales forecasts, price strategies, brand profitability, P&L analysis, etc.
- Influence media and promotion plans.
- Lead market research initiatives.

**Skills Requirement**:

- Proficiency in media planning and integrated communication techniques.

- 2+ years of Marketing experience (Africa).
- In-depth understanding of the unique characteristics of field and digital marketing in the Africa region.
- Understanding of competitors, market trends, and consumers in Africa.
- Knowledge of local brands and strategies.
- Experience and expertise in digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with CPA networks.
