Our client is seeking an experienced Admin Clerk to join the Modimolle / Nylstroom team
- Administration and coordination of Weighbridge items
- Create manual Vehicle Ticket for each load received
- Ensure delivery note corresponds with weighbridge information received
- Ensure that all shipment collections are allocated to transport on a daily basis
- Coordination of raw materials collections and finished product deliveries
- Capture customer orders, invoices, stock orders and dispatch
- Ensure all suppliers invoices are scanned and sent to HO twice a week
- Investigate and resolve account queries
- Ensure that recons are up to date
- Assist with production administration, such as closing job cards, assisting with variance investigations

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Experience with data capturing and stock control
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Valid drivers license
