**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Administrator at an Insurance Brokerage based in Somerset Park, Umhlanga. The Insurance Administrator will be responsible for answering of the telephone, managing insurance policies, processing claims, assisting clients with insurance inquiries, and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling insurance documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in insurance administration is a plus
- Relevant certification or diploma in insurance studies or in administration
Pay: R5 500,00 - R6 000,00 per month
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (required)
**Language**:
- English (required)
License/Certification:
- Drivers License (preferred)
