Customer Service Co-ordinator

**Your mission**:
- Reporting into the Customer Services Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for processing customer orders and executing deliveries as per the customer’s request
- Achieving the sales forecast, maintaining correct stock levels, processing complaints and proactively liaising with the customer and promoting customer service excellence
- Responsible for managing the customers’ order book
- Processing orders within lead time to achieve the sales volume
- Pricing verification
- Invoicing to be aligned with the Revenue Recognition policy
- Handling customer queries and complaints effectively and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and following up to ensure resolution
- Effective allocation of orders to available inventory to achieve working capital targets
- Planning and following up on deliveries
- Customer complaint handling
- Communicating priorities, urgencies, risks and coordinating with relevant internal departments
- Provides business continuity back up within the broader customer services team
- Ensuring month-end reporting requirements are adhered to
- Handling internal and external audit queries timeously
**Your profile**:
- Minimum NQF level 6 supply chain related qualification with an accredited organisation
- A minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a customer services role within a manufacturing environment, handling both pre-sales and after-sales interactions with customers
- Experience with SAP is essential specific to the sales order processing
- Sales support experience would be an advantage.
