Our client is seeking the services of an Administration clerk who has had debtors experience and preferably has comes from an engineer & manufacturing environment.
Must have experience in Spare Part Sales and be currently residing in Atlantis, West Coast.
- Must have Matric with around 3 to 5 years administration experience
- Must be computer literate with MS Office Suite
You will be required to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
- Experienced in services and spare part sales and invoicing
- Data capturing and filing with regards to service relatedpaperwork
- Understanding of Purchase orders and GR’s for services/sparesparts
- Must have experience in Servicing Debtors - keeping reconupdated and following up on payments
- Sound knowledge of Logistics - import and export
- Petty Cash handling and processing on Hansa
- Arranging travelling for staff - local and abroad
- Stationery ordering
- Keeping vehicle registrations up to date
- Filing of COD paperwork
**Salary**: R15,000.00 per month
