**Receiving, Barcoding and Capturing of Assets to the Asset Register and Distribution to Custodian**:
Receive all moveable assets.

Perform quantity and quality control.

Allocate inventory and bar code to the assets.

Capture asset information s in the relevant registers.

**Fleet Management**:
Internal request for vehicles.

Renewal of license disc for state vehicles.

Branding of vehicles.

Arrangement of petrol cards.

Bookings for vehicle repairs and services.

Replacements of vehicles.

**RT3-2015 photocopying machines**:
Ensure adequate maintenance of the leased machines and Ordering and issuing of toners

**Minimum requirements**:
Matric certificate or equivalent NQF4 qualification.
